Halloween Punch
Ingredients:
12 oz orange juice concentrate, frozen
12 oz white grape juice
2 liters 7-up
1 pint orange sherbet
Suggested Alcohol: Vodka

The Milky Way Martini

Chill a martini glass by filling it with 1/2 cup of ice and cold water.
Place 1 cup of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the vanilla-flavored vodka, white creme de cacao, and Irish cream liqueur over the ice; cover and shake vigorously. Dump the ice and water from the martini glass and drizzle the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup. Strain the cocktail into the glass to serve.

Beer Margaritas
Makes 4 large or 6 small Drinks

In a large pitcher, combine the beer, tequila and limeade. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each of glass and dip it in the salt. Pour the margaritas into the glasses and garnish with a lime wedge.

Lemon Punch

In a large pitcher, combine the beer, frozen lemonade concentrate and vodka. Allow the foam to settle and pour the punch into chilled glasses.

Semi-Homemade Pineapple Limeade
Makes 4 Drinks
Ingredients:
4 limes
1/4 cup sugar
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple slices
reserved pineapple juice from “chicken burritos with pineapple salsa”
4 ounces tequila
Directions:
Cut limes into small pieces (reserve 4 slices for garnish). Strain juice from pineapple slices and combine with reserved pineapple juice from pineapple salsa. Set aside 4 pineapple slices for garnish, rough chop the remainder.
In a pitcher muddle the limes. Stir in sugar. Add chopped pineapple, and muddle a bit more. Add pineapple juice and 1cup water and stir. Add tequila if desired.
Serve over ice garnished with pineapple and lime slices.

Nutty Ginger
Makes 1 Drink
Ingredients:
Directions:
Pour the amaretto and Frangelico into a lowball glass. Add ice and top with ginger ale. Stir to combine. Garnish with a toothpick speared through pieces of the crystallized ginger.

Spiked Weekend Smoothie
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
8 large strawberries, trimmed, halved, and frozen
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
1 tablespoon sugar, or more if berries are not very sweet
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
Orange wedges, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, orange juice, and orange zest. Pulse to coarsely chop. Add orange liqueur, frozen yogurt, and sugar. Continue to blend until smooth and frothy. Divide between 4 small glasses and garnish with an orange wedge and serve.

Clementine Cosmos
Makes 6-8 Drinks
Ingredients:
3 clementines, plus 1 very thinly sliced, for garnish
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2/3 cup cranberry juice
1/3 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cups vanilla flavored vodka
Directions:
Cut the clementines into quarters and squeeze their juice into a saucepan. Add the sugar, water and clementine flesh and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Pour into a strainer set over a measuring cup, pressing on the solids to remove as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids, cool the liquid to room temperature and pour into a pitcher. Add the cranberry juice, lime juice and vodka and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Put 6 or 8 martini glasses in the freezer.
To serve, pour the mixture into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake until very cold. Pour into the chilled martini glasses and garnish each with a clementine slice. Drink up and enjoy!

Peach Ginger Bellini
Makes 4 Drinks
Ingredients:
For the ginger simple syrup:
1/4 cup sliced fresh ginger, with skin
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups cold water
For the peach puree:
10 ounces semi-frozen peaches
1/2 cup ginger simple syrup
For serving:
Ice cubes
1 bottle Champagne
Directions:
Begin by making the ginger simple syrup. Peel and grate the ginger. Add it together with the sugar and cold water to a saucepan. Bring it to the boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain, discard ginger pieces and set simple syrup aside.
In a blender add frozen peaches and ginger simple syrup. Blend until completely pureed then place into the refrigerator to cool.
For serving:
Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and fill half way with peach puree. Top off with Champagne and shake vigorously to combine. Pour into Champagne glasses and repeat process as needed.

Chai Toddy
Makes 1 Drink
Ingredients:
One part chai tea concentrate
One part whole milk
1 star anise
1 oz. cognac/brandy
1 oz. DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur or butterscotch schnapps
1/2 graham cracker, crushed and powdered
Directions:
Bring chai tea concentrate and milk to a simmer over medium-low heat. Stir in star anise to flavor. Remove from heat. In a mug add brandy and butterscotch liqueur. Pour chai tea mixture into mug. Stir slightly and dust with crushed graham cracker.
